She had the crawlspace fully encapsulated with CleanSpace, which is similar to a thick pool liner that lines all of the walls and floors and then sealed. This water barrier allows for the space to stay dry and free of mold, enabling it to be used to store belongings.

The foam fills the void under the slap that is causing it to sink and crack. The foam then expands and hardens lifting the concrete to its former place.
