Teana has always had a drainage and sump pump system to address the leaking area in her basement, that was before she had issues with other areas leaking. WaterGuard is installed under the concrete floor to prevent water from surfacing, and helped redirect the water to the sump pump. Her current system was installed on top of the floor, which allows for more moisture to enter the air, increasing the humidity levels, and some areas even grew mold due to improper water flow to the sump pump.
