Joe went over all my options for encapsulating my crawlspace. We decided on what we thought would give us the most bang for our buck.  Justin and his crew did a great job.  Justin and his crew took away all of the scrap/garbage from the work they did. At the end, everything looked great.

Tim Lopez was the technician for the yearly service on my waterproof system. Tim was on time, courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions very clearly, and I hope to see him again next year. I would highly recommend this company. After seeing ads on TV I called and a representative came to my home. This person explained what needed to be done and why. All the work was done with no unexpected problems or costs. They did the job on time and left me with no cleanup problems. It totally worked out well.  

I was very satisfied with Doug Skinner, crew leader, and his crew of Devin and ReShawn with their work and professionalism. They were efficient and had a pleasant attitude. When a minor change in the installation of the system needed to be made, Doug calmly and quickly made arrangements to have an adjustment authorized. This is the type of professionalism that makes your company top rated. Fred Romane, company salesman, was knowledgeable and gave a good presentation of the company product. Almost thirteen years ago, after I bought this home, I experienced flooding in the basement. When I bought the home I was told there had never been a problem with water in the basement. This was presumably affirmed by home inspectors, etc. Not true! I was blatantly lied to by the Realtor and the previous home owner, incidentally he built the home. I then did some research to locate a business that specialized in basement containment. Thus, Mid-America Basement Systems. Since the my first encounter, I have been very satisfied. The crew yesterday, Adao and Kyle McCarty, were very professional and complete in servicing my units. Thanks to them and your organization.

We had a crawlspace encapsulation system installed. Starting with our experience with the call representative, Holly- She was very pleasant, professional, and curteous.  Chris, our design specialist provided a thorough review of the process and quickly provided us with a reasonable estimate.  Mike Clementz, our installation crew leader, provided exceptional service with integrity, while completing our needs in a timely and respectful makker.  I chose your company because of your reputation!  I did not even check with other competitors in our area.

I was under a very strict timetable to have the job done by a certain date. MidAmerica went the extra distance and got the job done on time. Chris was the sales/engineer and did an excellent job explaining the system, helped get the job done on time and followed up to make sure the job was completed properly    

They were very professional and made sure that everything was cleaned up and put back in place. Excellent job and would highly recommend them.  

I was very impressed with Mike Clementz. He and his crew were always professional and considerate. Mike had no problems talking to me about changes that needed to be made or about problems he encountered. I was amazed at how clean the crew left the basement. Our basement has never been that clean.

Mike Clemeentz was the foreman for the installation at my home. Very professional, courteous, and neat crew. We chose your company for two reasons:  1) You sent books, which included information about basements and your products/services. 2) The sump pump system is unique on the market.

MidAmerica Basement Systems was easy to find on the internet. After leaving a internet message on a Sunday, a person called us (on a SUNDAY!!) and set up an appointment. The fast response was a definite sale. Shows that they think we are important. We would recommend this company to anyone! The salesman was informative, and broke everything down in understandable terms. He wasn't out to sell us something that we didn't need. He was honest. Dillon, David and Adam were absolutely fantastic. Dillon has a great personality with a great sense of humor. He made us feel at ease and was advocate for what was best for us. Couldn't have asked for anything better out of this crew. I loved that Dillon was adamant about putting our system in to make it safe for us. He refused to put it in the way it was suggested. He did a lot of extra manual work, but in the end, this was the smartest and safest way to be done and the way it should be done. GREAT JOB DILLON AND CREW!  The cleanup process was more than what we expected! The got rid of old equipment which was absolutely fantastic. This crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Left the basement, house, yard better than when they arrived. Super service from Dillon, David and Adam. WONDERFUL!      

 Our design specialist was great. He actually took the time to listen, go through a list of about 40 questions I had concerning the installation of the proposed Radon mitigation system, provided a detailed sketch and a working plan after physical inspection and measuring of my residence. Two other supposed Radon mitigation companies I consulted with could not, would not, and did not do ANY of that! Bill (Job Foreman) and his crew worked together very well and were very considerate of their surroundings.  They were Punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, thorough. 

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems on a referral from my daughter and son in law (Brooke and Sam Nelson/Berkes), along with the information provided by the salesman (Troy Hamilton). These guys are hard working, professionals, that were very considerate of the homeowners point of view. Kevin Smith and Chris Riley did a nice job, and utilized their time well. Again, very considerate of working in someone's home. Good information and great representation from our design specialist. The appointment setter was pleasant and informative. Good communication from start to finish. 

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems becasue I read several reviews from satisfied customers and have personally known Troy Hamilton (sales rep) since 5th grade. Dillon and his crew did tremendous work - very nice, professional, and courteous. Thankfully Dillon and David showed up on Thursday and finished the job in one day. Again, they did a tremendous job and we are very pleased with the final product. They also did an excellent job cleaning up and left hardly any trace of them being here. Troy Hamilton and Dan Garner did a very good job explaining the system, how it works, what was involved with the installation, warranty, pricing, etc.  

Its been a week since my system was installed in my crawl space and I already notice a positive difference in the air quality in my house. Great job.  Mike C. and his crew were great. They were knowledgable, hardworkers,and ready to answer any questions I had. Great job Mike!
