Chris did a fantastic job of explaining the work to be done. Misunderstanding on my part as to how much area would receive foam insulation. Contract was correct. I rushed Chris during the presentation as I had another appointment to make. Dillon, Tyler, and Blake where respectful professional and cleaned up area better than when they arrived. Couldn't believe how fast they completed the work. Outstanding team work by all three. Area was cleaner than when they arrived. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems after I saw work done on Jerry Lange's home in rural Davenport, Iowa by your company. I was so impressed I called for an estimate and didn't bother to get competitive estimates.   

Richard did a good job communicating with us & reviewing the job before & after.  Very professional; crew had to schedule 2nd day later to come back after utilities were marked.  We chose MidAmerica because your company did my mom's crawl space & did a very good job. Perception of high quality in everything you do  

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because I heard about it from a Facebook friend. Not much competition. We looked and looked. Locally it was minimal. We got one other semi-estimate, but they didn't know what they were talking about. I think the company is eminently professional. The call repsentative was a very pleasant person on the phone.  Everything was explained well by our salesperson.  Oscar and his two nephews did a really good job. He discovered a broken sewer pipe and fixed that, too. He also explained things as he went.

Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Joe Sarb is amazing. He assessed my basement for problems. Showed me what his company had to offer me and then gave me his suggestions. Never did he try to push anything on me. The decision was all mine. After the job was complete he stopped back to look at the work and see if I was happy with the job. Oscar and his crew were amazing. They were very professional in doing their job. From time to time I would have questions and Oscar would stop what he was doing and take the time to explain all of my questions. Everything was clean and tidy when they left.  I chose Midamerica Basement Systems over other company because comparing the product, price, and warranty, no other company out there can compare. Kevin and his work team were Outstanding, and completed all work details in a Top-Notch manner. We completed the Job Survey this morning, and gave you folks five Star marks on all question asked. Kevin has several photos of all completed work areas, and the results are great!! We also joined your MABs Care Club, and look forward to future inspections and maintenance as needed. 

I am more than pleased with the work Greg and Mike did. They were very polite, respectful, helpful, and timely. I really appreciate the service and work they did with my window!  Very friendly, kept me informed as they worked and had me give my input where I could. Crew was timely, respectful, and efficient! Would hire this same crew back in a heart beat.  The only way people knew they were here was from the finished product (egress window). I had nothing to clean up! Thank you!!!  I first found your company just searching the internet about who installs egress windows. Then, when talking with my parents, they had your company waterproof their basement and loved the work that was done. I also knew a couple of people that were used as references and knew I could trust your work.

We received three bids for this job...MidAmerica was very competitive price wise, but the detail of the information they provided, along with the dedicated waterguard system is what sold us. Salesman Wes was vey informative and worked with us to find the best solution for our budget The crew was fantastic! They kept me informed of when they would arrive, what stage they were on, and the reasons they suggested specific choices.  The Cleanup process was perfect..... they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. 

We have had you do several projects on our house, we trust you.  Very low pressure - that's most important to us. And when we wanted to adjust the work being done, we were listened to and our wishes were honored.  Consistently polite, friendly and professional. I was comfortable with them in my home. They treated our house with respect.  We could barely tell they had been there!

I am very grateful That I picked the right company to do the job.  They were very professional. Our salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and true to his word.  Our Install crew, these 3 men, Mike Clementz, John, and Levi were professional, worked great with each other and told me I needed some electric things that needed taken care of. I was so happy to find this out and have already took care of the matter.  They cleared out things in the crawl space that I didn't know was in there, plus they needed to throw away. I chose your company because of the materials they sent relating to my problem, so I could read about what needs to be done. This I thought was great!  

Levi and Scott were very professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They were extremely pleasant and considerate and made absolute certain I was satisfied with the work they were doing. They arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed. After completing the job they made sure every thing was picked up and even swept the driveway.

Cole was very thorough with his explanation of services. Very personable. The company has a very professional quality in their customer service, on the phone, via email and in person.

We originally chose MidAmerica Basement Systems back in 2016, because my sister had her basement water proofed and they did an excellent job. We went back to them when we needed walls straightened because their work has always been excellent. Always prompt to get back with me easy to talk to about work being done.  Very polite and knowledgeable completed job in efficient time. Left the basement the way they found it.

The crew with richard / francis were prompt and professional. Work was done as specified , and work area left clean . Work date was kept as communicated thru customer service. I was pleased with the company and the work, I recommend them.

I really appreciated that Mike came for our initial appt. on a Saturday, to accommodate my schedule. When it was determined that our needs were more for structural work versus crawl space encapsulation and water removal....Mike suggested we bring out the owner. Ryan came out with Mike for a second Saturday appt. It was determined that our main concern was collapse of my beloved school house cottage. We were advised to go with 7 Smart Jacks and a new 40ft. Steel Support Beam. I was very happy that they both came out to review this to make sure that what they quoted and advised would address my #1 concern. The rest of my concerns will be done by myself and a private mason, now that the house is stabilized and we won't have to worry about collapse, due to deterioration of our main support beam.   I initially called the company, because their Ad indicated they were Basement & Foundation Specialists. I made the final purchase from them, because of all their Business Accreditations & the Lifetime Guarantee they offered me. I felt like this company had all the backing to stand behind their word & that I could trust them. That is paramount when spending this kind of money. When I called to make my appointment for a yearly check-up of my pump the gal was SO NICE. Very chatty.... even though it was late on a Friday afternoon :) Nate installed two new pumps and a battery for me. He never minded my dumb questions and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I know have a better understanding of what my pumps actually do. Nate had a lot to clean up with my old pump and you can't even tell he was down there. I appreciate that!
