I've had your products (floor, walls, windows, sump pump, Sanidry, washing machine hoses, etc.) since 2009/10. At that time, your company had the most complete solution for what I needed. I'm going to be getting your new Sanidry shortly since my old one (much bigger) finally died. I've never been disappointed with your products or service, and my basement has been dry every since installation. I've recommended your products to the church where I work -- where they have a basement that desperately needs waterproofing. A salesman has already come out to speak to the parish manager. The decision is out of my hands, but I've strongly recommended your company and waterproofing products.

We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because we were interested in more than just waterproofing and you were able to cover it all (egress window, waterproofing, radon, flooring, humidity control, air quality). A one stop shop. Karl worked hard in less than ideal temperatures (10degrees or less/snow). He kept me informed, took time for my questions, went over things with me before leaving.  Also covered the entry through the porch and down the stairs with plastic to help keep it clean which I appreciated since weather was so bad.  

We liked the fact that one company provided a variety of products and could do the job in a relatively short period of time.

It is reassuring to have the life time warranty on the piers and the foundation. I have a peace of mind that my house is fixed and fixed the correct way.   The entire staff is amazing. I do need more work done, another sump pump, another crack injection, and the outside piers installed when the weather is better. From the office staff, to the engineer that did the bid, to the installation crew, everyone is so helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Kenny and his crew were fantastic! Very professional with installing piers in my basement. The outside piers will be done in the spring. I was extremely nervous about all the work that needed to be done but Kenny explained the process every step of the way. Kenny and his crew had to work in very muddy conditions with all the snow and rain that we had. They laid down floor coverings on my main level so not to track in mud. This was an almost 2 week project to date and the very last day they cleaned up the walls and the floor. They left it spotless. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had used your company to install a sump pump, redo my crawl space and to do one crack injection 7 years ago. I was extremely happy with the service back then. So this company was the first call I made when I needed other work done.

The wall stabilization crew (Shane, Blue and Zach) were very professional and hard working young men. On top of that, they were always courteous and polite, in spite of working very hard at strenuous jobs for two solid days at my home. Your company is obviously doing something right -- customer service is making its way back to the country!

I just want to say thanks again to our installation crew, Mike and Levi, it was a little tough for this home owner to see a giant hole in the wall, but they assured me it would be fine and look great and they were right!!! Joe Sarb did an amazing job selling me on these windows, he met with my husband and I at a time that worked perfect for us and was very knowledgeable about the products that were offered and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The installation crew was amazing! Mike Keck and Levi (I think that is the right name) were very professional and did an amazing job of making the window look like it has been there all along, I was amazed at how quickly the installation was completed and at how well they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better clean up job, there was very little dust, after a couple minutes of sweeping and rearranging my basement was back to normal! We were recommended to your company several years ago for a sump pump install. When Job Sarb came to inspect the pump recently he offered me some flyers about windows and other services that I didn't even realize were offered. We had been talking for a long time about doing an egress window and after working with Joe we decided to purchase and egress window as well as 4 new basement windows.

Not Rain or hail or dark clouds could not deter Richard and Francis from their appointed rounds! A troublesome pump and a funky phone could not defeat the 'super level'-ers from overpowering any obstacle. I don't think the heavy stuff's gonna come down for quite awhile. Thanks for a job well done.

We were very impressed with your products. Your installation crew with crew manager Mike Clementz did an excellent job! They were on time everyday and worked late in the day. They did an excellent job keeping the dust down when jackhammering for the sump pump and cleaning up each day. They quickly solved a few issues we had with placement of a Sanidry. All men in the crew were very polite and answered our questions. The final product and final basement is beyond our expectations! We will definitely recommend you to others. Picked up one of your pamphlets from a home show in Monmouth, IL. Decided to give your company a try. Worked out really well. Thanks! The girl who booked our estimate was very nice.  Mike Banks, our design specialist, explained very well what was going to be done and why it needed done. Very straight forward and professional! Our installation team, lead by Mike Clementz, was courteous and very efficient! Explained in detail on what was going to occur. At the finish of the project, they also explained what to do during the curing time of the repair. Very straight forward and no B.S. Would call them again! Work area was left in great shape!
