All aspects of service are great.  Mac was very knowledgeable, good natured and sincere. He helped us create the basement we wanted, convincing us that his knowledge of his products were even better than the ideas that we had come up with.  Mike Clementz is one of your most valuable assets. He is a workaholic and a perfectionist. He wants the job done to the customers satisfaction. Don't lose this guy!  The cleanup process was fast, efficient and complete. Especially appreciated the method used to break up cement keeping the dust at a minimum.

I would recommend your company to anyone who was in need of your services. Everyone I dealt with enjoyed providing exceptional service and provided answers to all of my questions. Pete Hensler, and his crew were excellent during the three day process. They answered all of my questions about the work being done.  All work areas were checked by all crew members to ensure every thing was cleaned up. I had asked them to pile up some of the larger tree roots. Following the cleanup Pete had me inspect the work area to ensure every thing was satisfactory.

At the time we selected the service MidAmerica had the best product offering for what we felt would meet our needs. That was back in 2009ish. To this point we absolutely don't regret the decision and expense of putting this product in our home. It has paid for itself year after year.

Met at QC Home show. Cole came to our home and gave us an estimate and detailed idea of what we were paying for and what to expect. Very knowledgeable! Richard and his crew came out and did a great job! They were very professional and worked in a timely manner to ensure our needs were addressed. We will definatley recomend to our friends and family! Found company with an internet search for pool deck cracking. Cole came out and gave us an estimate, and then gave ideas on others things to go with driveway. Crew did a great job. Looks good cleaned up great.  They also showed up on time.

Justin Bailey went above and beyond! We needed the project done quickly.  He worked day and night to have it done in a week.  They did a very fast insulation in one day. Outstanding work! Very good job of cleaning inside and outside. Justin Baile was the main reason we chose MidAmerica Basement Systems.  With his presentation of the product and not trying to push anything we didn't need done.

Mike Banks was extremely helpful with our questions and professional. He seemed genuine in understanding our problem and was very honest. The crew was very polite and helpful. They also cleaned the ice off my steps. They worked their tails off and were extremely curtious and made sure they wouldn't leave a mess. I can't say enough of how awesome they were.

When our design specialist came to our home for the first initial visit, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and was will to answer our many questions. When we decided to go forward with this and requested Bill and his crew, that wasn't a problem either. When Bill, Justin and Jamie arrived they were very friendly and professional. As far as we're concerned, they all deserve a WOW! Service award! What a great bunch of guys. We would recommend them to anyone. We are extremely happy with them and the job that they did.  

Previous owner installed your system. We came from California and knew nothing about basement issues. There was a system in the basement and I finally got it figured out that it was your company. We had a plumber here to look at the I-Beams (we knew nothing) and he explained that is what your company did. We are happy.
