Concrete Defeat to Level Precision Sinking Eldridge Slabs Lifted in Hours

Notice in the before photo, uneven and sinking concrete created trip hazards where shovel edges continuously catch, threatening further structural cracking if left unaddressed. Concerned about worsening conditions, safety hazards, and rising water damage risks, the homeowner called for a permanent fix. Following an initial site evaluation by System Design Specialist Rob Chismark, Foreman Ricky and crew member Markell arrived on site to deliver a targeted, long-term solution.

Our team restored safety and alignment to the property using advanced geopolymer injection and elastomeric sealing systems. The crew injected high-density PolyLevel® geopolymer foam beneath the sunken slabs to fill subterranean voids, compact loose subgrade soil, and lift the concrete back to a flush elevation. To stop future soil erosion, the team sealed all joints and cracks with NexusPro® joint sealant, forming a durable barrier against moisture infiltration, harsh UV rays, and Midwest freeze-thaw cycles. As shown in the after photo, the concrete is now perfectly smooth, permanently stabilized, and safe for everyday use.
