Precision Concrete Leveling & Polyurethane Stabilization Proposal

Challenge

To restore structural integrity and eliminate trip hazards, we designed a non-invasive PolyLevel® injection solution. The strategy utilizes lightweight, high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slabs through tiny, dime-sized drill holes. As the high-expansion foam spreads, it fills all underlying sub-grade voids and exerts tremendous lifting force to bring the concrete flush with surrounding surfaces. Once raised, the drill holes are neatly patched, and the slab joints are sealed with a durable silicone sealant to prevent future water intrusion and washouts.
