The cracked and sunken patio and sidewalk at this Goose Lake, IA home had become a major headache. Rather than tearing out the investment, we delivered a smart restoration. As the after photo shows, we utilized our PolyLevel system to precisely lift and stabilize the concrete surfaces. The final touch was the application of NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal of the the cracks and joints, preventing water intrusion, and deliver a lasting, clean look. The outcome is a completely transformed, safe, and visually appealing outdoor area, guaranteed to stand the test of time for years to come.
In the "before" photo, look at that huge step drop. Way too big for this home, and it has obviously sunk. Luckily, we sent one of our great system design specialists to design a custom solution. He decided that our PolyLevel system was the perfect fit and that's when Jr and Brantly stepped in. They injected high-density polyurethane foam to give that step slab a precise lift and fill the underlying voids. Jr and Brantly also applied NexusPro Sealant to the joints. Another concrete slab lifted at saved.
Before addressing the issue, the Port Byron, IL home's concrete surfaces were visibly uneven and prone to further damage.
To fix this, our System Design Specialist, Rob Chismark, meticulously inspected the site and designed a tailored solution. Foreman Justin Maddox and his crew member, Devin S., then stepped in to expertly transform the property using our precise PolyLevel system.
By injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slabs through tiny, pea-sized holes, Justin and Devin stabilized, lifted, and leveled the concrete effectively and efficiently. After their corrections, the surface now provides enhanced stability and long-term reliability.
