- Cracking/Sinking Slab Floors
We offer custom-designed pier systems to repair your failing foundation. No matter what kind of condition your home is in, our professionals can fix it with pier systems.
Installing the Piers
Many foundation repair methods can be disruptive to your yard and cause a lot of damage during installation. Our pier system is installed with minimal disruption to your yard and our crew takes the time to put everything back in place so your yard looks just like it did when we arrived.
The piers are made of galvanized steel to provide the ultimate support for your home and are corrosion-resistant. For your peace of mind, all of our pier systems include our own warranty as well as a manufacturer’s warranty.
A sub-par push pier system can bend and kink during the driving operation, compromising the strength, effectiveness, and longevity of the system.
A Supportworks Push Pier System, with a steel external sleeve that prevents bending during installation.
Our Foundation Pier Products
Foundation Push Pier Systems
Push piers are a versatile system that work well with any soil condition. The piers are made of galvanized steel and include a bracket to provide additional support for the weight of your home.
Push Pier Benefits:
- Can potentially lift home to the original position
- Minimal disruption during installation
- Typically goes further into the soil compared to other products
- 25-year manufacturer's warranty
Foundation Helical Pier System
Helical piers are made of galvanized steel and include blades on the shaft of the piers that makes them resemble a large screw. The piers are essentially “screwed” into the ground with these blades until competent soil is reached.
Helical Pier Benefits
- Can be installed year-round
- Works best for lighter structures
- Can potentially lift home back to original position
- 25-year manufacturer's warranty
Slab Pier System
A slab pier system is primarily used for raising settled concrete slabs. It includes push piers that are driven deep into the ground to support the sunken slab. A bracket is then attached to the slab to stabilize it and potentially lift it back to its original position.
Slab Pier Benefits
- Minimally-disruptive installation
- Unnoticeable after installation
- Stabilizes and can help lift the sunken slab
