The largest worldwide network of crawl space and basement contractors, Basement Systems, Inc., has created a special division called the CleanSpace® Crawl Space Contractor Network. Basement Systems consists of over 300 dealers, founded back in 1987, and the CleanSpace division has been operating since 2001.
Throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, independently owned and operated dealerships have come together with one shared goal—creating healthier, drier, and more efficient crawl spaces. These are not franchises, but a powerful network of committed professionals.
The CleanSpace division allows each dealer to network, share knowledge and experience, and help each other improve their trade. There is also a full-time research and development department, ensuring our techniques and technology are always on the cutting edge!

Each year, Basement Systems hosts its Annual Convention, with a turnout of more than 1500.
This week-long convention includes trainings, product unveilings, and dealer awards. It wraps up on the last day with a motivational guest speaker.
Previous speakers have included astronaut Jerry Linenger, NBA Hall-of-Famer Bill Walton, acclaimed motivational speakers Nick Vujicic, Liz Murray of Homeless to Harvard, Les Brown, Brian Tracy, Erik Wahl, and John Foley, and most recently, former United States Navy SEAL Commander and actor, author, and speaker Rorke Denver.
