Before: A Compromised Foundation In Stockton, Illinois, a homeowner was struggling with a damp and musty crawl space that had become a source of unhealthy air for the entire house. The excessive moisture was creating a risk of structural rot, inviting unpleasant odors into the living areas and causing energy bills to rise. System Design Specialist Jason Feldmann conducted a thorough inspection and identified that the lack of a proper vapor barrier was allowing moisture from the earth to compromise the home's integrity.
After: A Clean and Engineered Solution To address these issues, our production team, led by Jacob Schultz, transformed the space into a dry and controlled environment. The installation included our CleanSpace encapsulation system, Drainage Matting and the high-efficiency SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Our team tightly sealed the crawl space against the earth to block moisture vapor and permanently banish musty odors. As shown in the "after" photo, the result is a clean and healthy foundation that protects the structural integrity of the home while significantly improving indoor air quality.
