Tom and Jacqueline H. of Peoria, IL contacted design specialist Dan Garner at MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their drafty crawl space insulated. They were looking to increase the temperature of the house, decrease the cost of the energy bill, and trap unpleasant odors. Dan devised a system to help Tom and Jacqueline accomplish their goals using CleanSpace and SilverGlo. The project looks great!
The owner of this dirt crawl space really wanted to revamp the space. They wanted it to be cleaner, healthier and more manageable. After the homeowner was quoted and with the game plan laid out, the MidAmerica team climbed right into the project.
The team fitted the space with a CleanSpace liner. The CleanSpace liner is a one of a kind material that is flexible and yet durable to resist tears and punctures. It acts as a vapor barrier, waterproofing, mold fighting encapsulation system.
The space before was dark, damp, and welcomed pesky house guests. Now the space is clean, bright, waterproofed and the owner is breathing healthy and feeling happy!
Heidi was tired of her dirty crawl space and wanted to have it fixed. MidAmerica Basement Systems came and used the patented CleanSpace encapsulation system to treat the issue. Heidi E. now has a clean and bright crawl space.
